Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform and/or supervise maintenance, repair and overhaul of aircraft passenger/flight crew seats.
- Supervise fabrication and repair of aircraft interior components, such as seat covers, curtains, floor carpeting, and decorative upholstery.
- Leading team of interior repairmen, including tasks distribution and control.
- Signing/stamping the related documentation for the maintenance performed and/or supervised.
General Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be able to comprehend the maintenance manuals and instructions for maintenance tasks.
- Be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- People management, Leadership skills.
- Training/certification: Completed apprenticeship or training in aircraft passenger/flight crew seats maintenance & overhaul.
- At least 3 years experience in aircraft seats and/or interior workshop in large commercial jets maintenance organization (for example: Airbus A320, Boeing 737).
- Experience in team leader/supervisor role (desirable).
