Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management and control of heavy maintenance checks.
- Liaison with the Customer representatives in terms of project progression, issues, and commercial matters.
- Teams management, efficient manpower utilization, on-going maintenance issues solving and timely reporting to Senior Management.
- Signing/stamping the related documentation for the maintenance supervised.
General Requirements:
- Be at least 25 years of age.
- Be able to comprehend the maintenance manuals and instructions for maintenance tasks.
- Be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- People and project management skills.
- Training/certification: Dominican Republic, IDAC TMA License (Estructura, Motor)
or USA, FAA Mechanic License (A&P). - At least 3 years of Heavy (hangar) Maintenance experience on large commercial jets (for example: Airbus A320, Boeing 737).
- Must have been actively working in aircraft maintenance for at least 6 of the preceding 24 months.
- Experience in similar roles.
