The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail travel sales and be responsible for promoting and selling travel-associated services, including visa concierge, travel insurance, eVisas, ETAs, and other related products. The role involves achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:


- Promote and sell travel-related services, such as visa concierge, travel insurance, eVisas, ETAs, and bundled packages.

- Leverage prior retail travel sales experience to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail travel clients and individual customers.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.

- Provide personalized assistance to customers, addressing their travel-related queries and needs.

- Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

- Stay updated with the latest travel-related products, regulations, and market trends.

- Actively cross-sell and upsell additional services to enhance customer experience.

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer requests and applications.

- Gather feedback on customer preferences and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Requisitos

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, or a related

field.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales, including retail travel sales or related

industries.

Skills:

- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

- Customer-focused with problem-solving aptitude.

- Knowledge of travel-related products, visas, and industry trends.
