ABOUT THIS ROLE:

*The warehouse manager directs the operations and ensures operation at peak efficiency,
overseeing deliveries and managing inventory processes in an efficient & effective way.  Delivers
great results through supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and
establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.

*Collaborate with tech team to scope and develop the system requirements, flows, controls, and
KPI’s for our WMS platform development.

*Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage
requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping

*Design, develop and implement best in class inventory management flows and processes to
ensure that transactions occur correctly, materials are stored and known systemically, while
conducting routine cycle counts in order to drive inventory accuracy above 99.5%, and
partnering with finance to ensure effective reconciliation.

*Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing
standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations

*Oversees and manages warehouse stock, ensuring proper storage and safe, timely and cleanly
retrieval and delivery with the appropriate transactions conducted in the system to account for
our inventory

*Leads the strategy and day to day team ensuring efficient management of our inventory –
storage rack and bin location design, bin design and inventory placement for maximizing
efficiency and storage space, movement analysis, climate / ambient requirements depending on
items being stored, etc.

*Leads continuous improvement activities to optimize efficiency within the warehouse – cost,
labor hours, transactional efficiency, etc. Partners with other departments as required to
implement required improvement programs.

 

Requirements

*Experience in warehousing, fulfillment, distribution and logistics operations (7+ years)
*Strong understanding of industry best practices in inventory management & control
*Language: Advanced Spanish, Advanced English
*High attention to detail
*Organization & order comes naturally to you
*Great communication skills
*Highly analytical and data driven
*Comfortable working in a culture based on continuous improvement

*Experience managing in a fast-paced environment
