*Source, attract and hire the right and best people to ensure talent density within the
organization, while increasing the sourcing methods and building a robust high-talented
candidate pipeline.

*Develop induction programs to ensure that our new team members understand our destination,
challenges and opportunities of improvement, while ensuring our new hires onboarding and

*Develop and implement creative and ground-breaking sourcing strategies to build a high-
talented pipeline of applicants and to ensure that the best talent is hired.

*Design end-to-end talent acquisition flows to track active pipeline and measure key
performance indicators such as: recruitment conversion rate, time to fill vacancy, rate of
internal job hires, avg. tenure.

*Support in developing employer branding initiatives that positions Resonance as the best place
to work and where the best talent in the Dominican Republic wants to work at

*Support in employees’ development initiatives such as planning and organizing training activities
to develop our employees



*5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
*Advanced level of English – required
*Listening skills as well as the ability to understand people's background and motives.
*Certified HR management or any other related field
*Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and oral
*Ability to effectively and creatively solve problems and make decisions.
*Conflict and People’s Management
*Proficiency in documenting processes
*Intensively curious
