Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred), education, international development, economics, sociology, or another relevant technical field

 

  • 8 years of professional experience in program planning and implementation of education projects, with demonstrated experience in working with marginalized groups in Honduras.

 

 

  • Experience working in higher education sector in Honduras and ability to make and maintain contacts with key local stakeholders in the sector.

 

  • Ability to work well with others and to develop and maintain compatibility among project staff, donors, partners, and beneficiaries.

 

 

  • Availability to Travel

 

  • Knowledge of English
