Customer service representative who is responsible for order entry in AS400 and Jacketshop. Orders are received by telephone, fax and email. CSR’s must have extensive product knowledge of jackets, outerwear and chenille. They are the front line communication to the customer and also help resolve complaints/returns.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Entry of Orders in Jacketshop or AS400.
  • Communicating with customers/sales reps-Product/program questions/Returns.
  • Training and Education- Product/Entry.
  • General Housekeeping/Filing.
  • Communication with factory/Art Dept./Order changes

Internal: Frequent email and verbal contact with supervisor and manufacturing support person for product and order related issues and questions.

External: Frequent email and phone contact with customers resolving issues, taking orders and answering product related questions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well both individually and in a team environment are default requirements for all exempt and salaried nonexempt employees.
  • Experience with financial reporting, credit reviews, and risk assessment.
  • Preferred: Experience in garment or art related fields.
