Assist the manager or team in administrative and operational tasks. This may include tasks such as organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments, handling emails and phone calls, preparing documents and presentations, keeping track of expenses and budgets, and performing general office tasks. They may also provide project management support and coordinate with other departments or external vendors.
Must be a proactive person with sufficient leadership to face unusual situations at work. Knowledge of the country’s labor legislation, English language proficiency 90%, must know effective personnel management techniques, be a strictly orderly person to comply with the agenda of his direct boss, master 70% technological tools such as spreadsheets, worksheets and presentation sheets, as well as email and Internet. Active student in law or related careers, first year or more.
